 Pioneer Living Program
Pioneer Living Program offers unique education

Cobblestone Farm's Pioneer Living Program features activities centered on the historic Log Cabin at the rear of the farmstead.

The purpose of the Pioneer Living Program is to build on the Ann Arbor Public Schools’ third grade curriculum on local and regional history. Activities provide hands-on experiences to review and support the classroom activities.

The PLP Manual identifies three key goals for the program:

1. To provide a hands-on experience that is educational, appropriate, and fun.

2. To create a unique learning environment that is unavailable in a classroom setting.

3. To support and supplement the public school curriculum for local history.
